Counselling That Meets You Where You Are

At Person Centred Pathways, I offer a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly, explore what you are going through, and begin to understand yourself with greater clarity. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, low mood, stress, relationship difficulties, trauma, low self-esteem, ADHD, or simply feeling overwhelmed or disconnected, I am here to support you at your own pace.

A safe space to explore, reflect and

reconnect with yourself

Experience the power of counselling — a space to understand yourself on a deeper level and make lasting change. If you’re feeling stuck or desperate for things to be different, this could be the first step towards real transformation.

Are you looking for counselling that offers real change — not just a quick fix?

Many EAP services and NHS options are limited to just six sessions, which can make it hard to explore things fully. I offer a space where you can take things at your own pace — somewhere safe to understand what’s really going on beneath the surface, and to make lasting changes rather than just learning to ‘manage’ in the short term.

I work with adults who want to make sense of their experiences, break old patterns, and find new ways of relating to themselves and others. My approach is gentle, compassionate, and tailored to you — creating the space you need to feel heard, understood, and supported as you move toward lasting change.

How I Can Help You

My aim is to help you reconnect with yourself, understand what you truly need, and begin making meaningful changes from a place of self-acceptance, compassion and clarity.

Childhood Trauma & Inner Child Healing

I can support you in exploring childhood trauma, inner child wounds and difficult past experiences. Together, we can begin to understand how these experiences may still be affecting you today, helping you move towards healing, self-compassion and emotional freedom.

Attachment Theory & Relationships

I can help you explore attachment patterns, relationship difficulties, trust, abandonment, rejection and fears around closeness. Through counselling, we can work towards developing healthier, more secure connections with yourself and others.

Anxiety, Stress & Overwhelm

If you are feeling anxious, stressed or overwhelmed, I offer a calm and supportive space where you can slow down, talk things through and better understand what is happening beneath the surface.

Self-Esteem, Identity & Neurodivergence

I can support you with low self-esteem, self-doubt, identity, ADHD and neurodivergent experiences. Together, we can explore what helps you feel more understood, accepted and confident in who you are.

Grief, Loss & Life Transitions

Grief, loss and life changes can feel heavy and isolating. I offer a safe space where you can process difficult emotions, adjust at your own pace, and begin to find stability and meaning again.

Depression, Emotional Regulation & Coping Behaviours

If you are experiencing depression, loneliness, feeling stuck, self-harm or other coping behaviours, I will meet you with care and without judgement. Together, we can gently explore what you are feeling, understand your emotional responses, and look at what support you may need.

How Can Counselling Help Me?

Counselling can give you a safe, confidential space to talk openly about the things that are causing emotional pain, discomfort or unhappiness.

As a talking therapy, counselling allows you to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences in a supportive and dependable environment. Together, we can begin to make sense of what you are going through and look at ways to move forward that feel right for you.

At times, counselling may bring up difficult emotions, but it can also offer hope, clarity, relief and a greater understanding of yourself. Over time, it can help you develop healthier ways to cope, feel more connected to yourself, and take positive steps towards healing and change.
